    We offer reliable local and international delivery services to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please review the details below.

    Local Deliveries – United Arab Emirates

    Same-Day Delivery

    • Free delivery for orders of 500 AED and above

    • 35 AED delivery fee for orders below 500 AED

    • Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM

    • Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

    Next-Day Delivery

    • Free delivery for orders of 500 AED and above

    • 25 AED delivery fee for orders below 500 AED

    • Applies to orders placed after 1:00 PM

    • Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

    All UAE deliveries are subject to availability and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

    International Deliveries

    Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

    • Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days

    • Free delivery for orders of 1,000 AED and above

    • 150 AED flat shipping fee for orders below 1,000 AED

    • Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by Saudi authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier schedules.

    Other International Destinations (outside UAE & KSA)

    • Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days depending on destination

    • Free delivery for orders of 1,000 AED and above

    • 150 AED flat shipping fee for orders below 1,000 AED

    • Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier schedules.

    Returns & Exchanges (Applicable for UAE & International Orders)

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Perfumes & oils

    • Candles

    • Bakhoor

    Decor items such as vases and accessories are eligible for return if they meet the general return conditions.
